I am thankful that the staff that work here have all been very polite and treated me with dignity and respect, from the front desk to the nurses and physicians. I have never felt like i was treated with any ill intent. That being said, I've struggled with receiving more effective care that doesn't simply address symptoms and instead looks at possible causes. It's been such a disappointing experience that has impacted my self esteem and quality of life.

My son had an appointment for a cleaning at 10:20a today when we arrived 10:10a to check in we were told we had to wait a few minutes because the lady was still checking in someone else ok so we sat and waited until 10:30a when I finally got up and got another woman’s attention telling her my son needed to be checked in for his appointment at 10:20a she informed us at that time that they took another patient because we weren’t checked in yet so they offered us another appointment at 12:20p we left I’ll find another dentist for my son I’ll never recommend or return to this very unprofessional establishment

The hygienists were wonderful and very kind with my 4-year-old, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the communication between staff and the dentist was extremely inconsistent and frustrating. At our initial visit, we were told my daughter needed three cavities filled and were scheduled to return the very next day for treatment. After waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time, the same dentist who saw her the day before told us she should instead be referred to a pediatric dentist. When I asked for clarification, the dentist’s demeanor felt dismissive and gave the impression that I was pushing for treatment that should not be done, when in reality I was simply trying to understand why the appointment was being halted before it even began after being told the day prior that returning for fillings would not be an issue. This determination could — and should — have been made at the first visit. The lack of coordination resulted in unnecessary stress and a wasted appointment for our family, and no apology was offered for the confusion or inconvenience. We will not be returning. Parents should be aware that if your child has cavities, this may not be the appropriate office fo

Went in for a cavity, left with a cavity and my neck numbed out so much i couldn’t eat or drink for hours after. When I arrived the receptionist seemed upset that I was there and kept ignoring me to be on her phone or talk to her coworkers. As for the dentist, despite all of his positive reviews, Dr. Hill was impatient and rude when working with me, and his hygienist admitted multiple times that she kept forgetting things and didn’t know what she was doing, which was obvious as she forgot the lead vest on me for the X-Ray and let my companion stay in the room unprotected as well. I don’t think I’ll be back after this experience as I don’t feel comfortable.
